It’s hard to believe Christmas is already here again. It seems like it’s just been a couple of months since it was Christmas last year. I guess that just goes with getting older. I wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas! And, most importantly, Happy Birthday Jesus!

We have a lot going on during the month of December. Here are just a few of the activities: The Adult Choir will present this year’s Christmas Cantata "Heaven on Earth" on Sunday morning, December 18 during the morning worship service. The Children will also present this year’s Christmas Program during the evening service followed by gifts and finger foods. On Wednesday evening, December 21 our Youth will present their Christmas Program followed by a brief candlelight service. On Christmas morning we will have one service only. We will have morning worship at the usual time of 10:50. There will be no other activities on Christmas Day. Our annual Staff / Deacon and Spouses Christmas Supper will be Tuesday, December 27 at 6:00 PM at the Parsonage. There will also be no Wednesday evening activities on Wednesday, December 28.

Revival services were great with Brother Tim Knotts. Tim did a wonderful job preaching God’s Word for us each evening. Attendance was pretty good even with the bad weather that week. Thank you for your faithfulness.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Due to Christmas Program practice adult Prayer and Bible Study will be held in the fellowship hall until December 14.

We will have our Christmas Cantata the morning of Dec. 18^th, and the Children’s Christmas Program will be that evening.

On Wednesday evening, December 21^st our Youth will present their Christmas Program followed by a brief candlelight service.

We will have Worship only Christmas Morning, and we will have the Lottie Moon Victory March so please be praying about a generous gift to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions. Our goal is $1,200.00. This is a wonderful way to give a gift to Jesus for HIS Birthday! If you would like to give a gift in memory or in honor of someone, just mark it on your envelope and it will be noted in the bulletin.
